You will be notified by email to confirm entry, and selection of winner on or around March 30, 2023.

Eligibility:
Anyone 18 years of age or older at the time of the purchaser’s raffle ticket purchase
may enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void
where prohibited or restricted by law. An affidavit of eligibility may be required from prize
winners. By purchasing raffle tickets or entries and choosing to participate in this
drawing each raffle participant acknowledges and agrees that the South Atlantic Region
of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. has the right, in its sole discretion, to elect not to
proceed with the raffle for any reason whatsoever or for no reason, and in such event, a
participant’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be to receive a refund of the full price paid
by such participant for each raffle ticket purchased, without interest.
Selection of Winner(s):
The raffle drawing will be held on or around March 30, 2023 from all eligible raffle entries.
Winner(s) will be notified directly by email using the contact information provided at the
time of ticket purchase. Participants not chosen will also receive notification using the
contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. Winner(s) should contact the
South Atlantic Region of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. fundraiser committee at
www.gpdsouthatlanticregion.org.

• Winners will have the opportunity to select the gas card of their choice
• All decisions made by the South Atlantic Region of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority,
regarding recipients of select prizes are final.
• Members of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. may purchase tickets (entries) to
participate in the drawing.
• This raffle drawing is presented by South Atlantic Region of Gamma Phi Delta
Sorority, Inc. and is not affiliated with any national gas company nor any of their
affiliates.
